2. Choose Your Ordering Method

We offer two convenient ways to place your order:

• Online Ordering: Add your preferred items to the cart and specify details such as color, set content, or special requests in the "Order Form Description" field.

• Order via WhatsApp or Phone: Our most popular method. You can contact our expert representatives between 09:00 – 24:00 (GMT+3) to finalize details (color, measurements, payment terms). Following the consultation, an official order form will be sent to your email address for your records.

3. Payment Terms and Confirmation

To initiate the production process, you can choose from our secure payment options:

• Domestic Orders (Turkey): A 20% down payment (deposit) is required to start the order. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.

• International Orders (Europe): The production process begins with a 50% down payment. The remaining balance is settled during the delivery process as per the agreed terms.

• Payments can be securely made via our 256-bit SSL certified Virtual POS or through Bank Transfer (SWIFT/EFT).

4. Production and Sourcing

Once your order is confirmed, the process begins directly with our partner manufacturers in İnegöl. All products are original İnegöl furniture, meticulously selected and covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Orders are typically prepared within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the product details.

5. Shipping, Installation, and Delivery

• Within Turkey: We provide professional shipping and installation services. These services are priced separately based on the delivery city.

• Across Europe: Logistics and customs processes are professionally managed. Deliveries are made to the front of the building (curbside delivery). Shipping and customs costs are calculated in foreign currency and presented to you by our representatives.

Quality Assurance and Returns

• You have a 14-day return right if the delivered product does not match your order specifications.

• In case of manufacturing defects, return or exchange processes are initiated immediately.
