Deliveries to Europe:

For European orders, deliveries are carried out as curbside (building entrance) delivery. Shipping, logistics, and customs-related costs are calculated separately, and pricing is provided in detail by our customer representatives in foreign currency.

For orders within Türkiye, a 10% deposit is required to initiate the order process. The remaining balance is collected at the time of delivery based on the agreed payment method.

For European orders, production begins with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is completed at the time of delivery through the agreed payment methods.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to return products if they do not match the ordered specifications.

• Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange
• Installed/assembled products cannot be returned
