Two-Year Warranty


All products are covered by a 2-year warranty provided by the manufacturer. As part of our Installation service throughout Turkey, our expert team identifies all the details related to the product. In this context, any defects, mistakes, flaws, or missing materials will be identified by our team, and the issue will be resolved during the next shipment to the region, thus starting the warranty process.

Once the installation is completed, or when you check the product during the delivery to the front of your building, if you notice any damage, please send us photos and videos of the damage via WhatsApp immediately.

The images will be reviewed by our company, and the necessary intervention will be made as soon as possible.

You will be informed about the correction to be made. If the damaged part requires shipping or a team, our team will be sent to resolve the issue and make the product ready for use. You will not incur any additional costs for these processes.

If the product you purchased through our website is faulty or significantly different from the site visual, you can use your right to return the product without any costs and also get your deposit back.

Situations considered user errors (such as using a teapot without a protective base on the table) are not covered by the warranty.

If the product fault occurs due to customer usage or if the product has been used within 7 days, no return or exchange will be made. The return and exchange conditions are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
