Secure Payment

Before we collect the deposit for your order, we will mutually approve the order form you have created with our customer representatives, and then proceed with the deposit process.

You can make your deposit via Bank Transfer, EFT, or using the Cebimpos application provided by Kuveyttürk Banking, which allows you to securely complete the deposit process without sharing your card information with us by sending you a link.

Once your deposit is paid, our customer representatives will create your updated order form with the processed deposit and begin the production phase. (Note: You must check the final version of your order form sent to you within 24 hours and notify us of any errors. Otherwise, your order form will be considered approved and will be included in the production plan as is.)

After the production phase is complete, our shipping department will contact you and deliver the products as per the planned schedule. After delivery and installation, once the products are ready for use, you can complete your payment either in cash to the installation team, or via bank transfer, EFT, or Cebimpos application as a single payment.
