Store Display Items Freight and Delivery Policy

Furniture items currently on display in our store are available for immediate order and can be dispatched directly to your address. The preparation and freight processes for our display items are subject to the following conditions:

1. Order Preparation and Packaging (Handling Time) Our store display items are readily available in stock. Upon order confirmation, your product immediately enters the packaging process. To prevent any damage during transit, your furniture is professionally packed, prepared for dispatch, and handed over to the freight company within a maximum of 3 days from the order date.

2. Delivery Method and Timeframe (Transit Time) Due to their large volume, our furniture products are not shipped via standard postal or courier services. Instead, delivery is carried out by specialized furniture freight and logistics vehicles. Freight arrangements are made for your orders once the 3-day preparation is complete. The transit time varies depending on your province and the freight company's route. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time once your product is dispatched.

3. Freight Charges and Delivery Zones We dispatch our display items via freight across Turkey. Applicable freight/delivery fees for your region (if any) are clearly calculated and displayed in your cart during the checkout process.

4. Important Instructions Upon Delivery When the freight personnel delivers your items to your address, please carefully inspect the outer packaging and the product for any signs of damage. In the unlikely event of damage, you must request the delivery personnel to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) before signing for the delivery.
